Day-of-Event and Logistics Management

From down-to-the-minute scheduling to real-time updates and support, ABC Computer and Audio Visual Rental’s conference management team will work around the clock on the day of your event to ensure a successful conference, including:

Equipment delivery, setup, and strike by appropriate technicians
Preconference rehearsal upon completion of setup and equipment testing facilitated by your technical director with your on-site representatives, the audio and video technicians, and the assigned hotel staff
On-site technician services for all sessions during the conference and additional standby technicians held locally
